Payment:
Handmade Soaps4Hope accepts major credit cards through PayPal and Stripe.
You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase from our Online Fundraising Shop.

We do not have access to any payment or credit card information. All payments made via PayPal is completely secure. If for any reason, your card payment is not authorized by your bank or Credit Card Company, we
will not be able to process your order and it will become immediately cancelled.
We are not responsible for any extra fees added to your credit card by your bank or credit card company for transaction made with us.
Terms and Conditions for Returns:
Because of sanitary and health reasons, we are not permitted to refund or exchange any of our handmade soap and oil products that are sold for fundraising on our website. We do our very best to reproduce soaps as shown on our website.

All of our handmade products are one-of-a-kind designs. When you receive any soaps from our collection, there will be variations in color, design, weight and scent.
Keep in mind that your computer monitor settings maybe different from ours, so if your product arrives lighter or darker in shade, this could be the reason for this variation.

We DO NOT refund monies when merchandise is returned to us for wrong or incomplete address. However, we will return all monies on product purchased ONLY at customers request.

Shipping:
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped within 1-3 working business days.

We currently use Priority Mailers from the USPS with tracking for shipping all of our product collections.

How to Care for your Handmade Soaps and Oils:
Please keep out of reach of small children.
Store your soaps in a dry area where it will not come in direct contact with water when not in use.
If you are knowingly allergic to any ingredient that we use in our products, and you choose to use it, we are not responsible for any rashes or allergic reactions that may occur. If an allergic reaction or rash does occur, discontinue use immediately.
